Search for the life

As the train takes me through the darkness
My eyes search for the light,
To find in the thickets
If somewhere the life survives.
Rattling of wheels on tracks,
Keeps me mused and awake
Against the envelope of sleep
Embraced over the stretches of darkness.
Blindfolded on my open eyes
My ears make me see now;
Bridges, tunnels, plains…
All I hear, and in my mind I see.
But where is the life?
That, I can’t see.
I search for the light
To find in the thickets
If somewhere the life survives.
In sky is embellished,
Stars and the pearly moon.
And the rest is swallowed
In the endless depths of darkness
Through which I am moving
And in them my eyes keep looking
For if I can find light.
Who knows…
Somewhere out there the life still survives.

  1. I liked your thoughts behind these lines.

    "My ears make me see now;
    Bridges, tunnels, plains…"

These lines pull me into the world of imagination.

  2. This is a kind of relative study of things and is the universal truth. When we are with truth no extra efforts are required to flow but everything happens automatically.
Well, I am happy that your are coming out with so realistic evergreen issues.

  3. I wished if there could be just few propositions that explained LlFE. We always say its important to be yourself. Doing things we like to do, listening to what our heart says and spending our life on our own terms and not giving an ear to what people say or think about us. But when we follow this in real life we find that being yourself is totally conditional. its easy to practice when life has given you options but what about those who don't have any option. The place we belong to, the people we are surrounded by and the predicaments we go through all tend to influence our true self and even if we dont want we tend to give into those situations. I do agree with your point of view but Going deeper in the meaning of explaining what being yourself is really all about is going to make me much more confused :p Life is a conundrum , one cannot explain it in totality coz each time we think we have the answer life comes up with its own answer that cotraticts ours . so its better to leave somethings unexplained...:)

  4. To keep looking for answers, to keep improving himself, this trait of human is a bliss. And that drives me to contemplate on issues that concern very deeply to our lives. 'To be yourself', thats very essential and the happiness to be what you are originally is inexplicable. But the fact being its not always easy to be just what you are. Circumstances make us lenient and thats what I tried to express in this post.
I appreciate you view. I wish you would keep visiting my blog more often. :)

  5. I believe "to be yourself" always fits good! That is why I wrote a post on being "perfectly average" and not to follow anyone.Again how we mix with people around us, is one most important aspect of every individual. Being yourself and still being with people around us - has been perfectly portrayed here. Always a follower of your blogposts, loved this one too. :)

  6. 'Success means following your heart, being who you are, many times making mistakes in that way', this rung a bell and so did many other points of yours and moved me towards enlightenment.
However, I still think somewhere that life does not always give you a chance to be what you are. And even if we fight back and resort with aspirations of our hearts, then certainly the path would not be easy. Hurdles and painstaking which we tend to avoid might be the reason which makes us do compromises, pardon me if compromise is not the right word here. But certainly, I agree that following once heart and its truest call will lead to inexplicable happiness. :)
Thanks dada for guiding me. I wish you would mentor me towards improvement always. :)

  13. This is so intricately woven with the metaphorical beauty.... I so much liked the idea and the feelings of kid. We all crave for love in every day of our lives. If not in reality we seek for it in our dreams with the actors of the Dreamscape. :)

  18. First of all, hugs to you! We cry over petty issues until something as important as life and love is threatened. There is nothing as important and required as Life. I wish if everyone could understand this. :(

If even a single person gets the crucial lesson after reading this, consider it to be an achievement. It can be a life changing lesson for someone. :)

  26. Good work..hopefully this post will influence many of us to do realize the power of a common man, Arvind Kejriwal is just like an iceberg in the sea..millions of Arvind kejriwal is among us.Just imagine,If one kejriwal can mark such a huge and significant impact on the existing corrupt politics and, what will happen if we all unite together.Don't you think we will be in a position to eradicate the corruption from the system which is deeply in rooted in our country. During the oath ceremony, keriwal had rightly said "yadi ham sabhi aam aadmi unite hoke kam kare,to aane wale 5 saal me hi apna desh sone ki chidiya fir se ban jaegi"..How true his words are.isn't it?
